Join a group

One of the tips in the book Atomic Habits is: "One of the most effective things you can do to build better habits is to join a culture where your desired behavior is the normal behavior."

Join a group where the behavior you want to create in yourself is normal behavior.

If you want to exercise, join a group of people who regularly exercise - a soccer team, a fitness class, yoga, anything.

If you want to learn better, find a group of people that study regularly. Spend time with them, emulate them, and eventually you will become similar to them - you too will become a successful student.

Of course, this is not enough to solve all the problems we have. However, it is a simple and powerful step in the right direction.
