When we were looking for tips on how to study better, we stumbled upon the Forest app. The purpose of the app is to help us focus on work. When we want to deeply focus on something (like studying), we open the app, choose how long we want to work, and plant a tree. If we keep the app open during that time, without opening other apps, we will successfully grow a tree. But if we use other apps in between, our tree will wither. So every time we focus on our work, we get a reward, and if we get distracted by our phone, we don't get a tree.

This mini game makes work more interesting and helps us stay focused. We can also involve friends and plant trees together. If anyone gives up, everyone involved loses their tree. So we have another reason to persevere, and we get a sense of working towards a common goal with others.
