4 questions to improve my life
The quality of your questions determines the quality of your life.
These are a few questions I collected that might help set a direction and create change in my life. Hopefully they could help you too.
What does my ideal day look like?
What change would I have to make to create that day?
How can I eliminate the time between thinking it and doing it?
Fear is often the biggest obstacle to doing new or different things. With that in mind;
What are the worst things that could happen? Could I get back to where I am now?

After answering the questions, hopefully we can make some changes. To know if we succeeded, this is the test:
If your behavior changes, then you have changed. If only your thoughts change, you have not changed.
Behavior is the measure of change.
